All our products are covered by the respective manufacturers warranties. As such all returns are subject to manufacturer approval. Please contact us for help with your return.
Do Not Accept a Damaged Shipment
If a package arrives damaged, DO NOT accept delivery. Contact ToolLines immediately. If you accepet a product that has been damaged in shipping, there is nothing we can do. By receiving the product you are accepting responsibility for any and all damages that may have incurred in shipping. If you simply refuse delivery, we can immdiately ship a replacement product and pursue reimbursement from the carrier.
- All returns cancellations will need a Return Authorization, please contact us.
- You are responsible for shipping back to the warehouse.
- Product must be used used in a resalable condition.
- 15% restocking charge will be applied.
